After serving tourists for over 18 years, 910 Beach Apartments will now be focusing only on long-term stays (30 days or more) effective July 5, 2019. Beginning October 1, 2019, we will begin our transitioning stage into this new plan. Services such as our 24 hr guest services, complimentary continental breakfast and housekeepinging service will be either limited and/or discontinued. We appreciate your patronage and hope you will choose to return!
910 Beach does NOT have air-conditioning. The temperature in Vancouver rarely goes above the point where air conditioning is required. We have provided each bedroom with either a table top or a floor standing 3 speed fan. All suites have windows that are capable of opening to allow the English Bay sea breeze to flow through.
Extension and/or Shortening Contract Date of Departure
Clients that wish to extend and/or shorten their stay must advise the on-site manager as soon as possible. Extensions cannot be guaranteed as it is directly subject to availability, in addition, should the extension date fall in between seasons and/or rate changes, the guest will be responsible to cover the differences, after verbal and signed notification. Meridian Apartments Limited reserves the right to charge should you be shortening your stay without the proper timely notification. Failure to do so will result to the forfeiture of the remaining balance of your entire term.
Cancellation Policy Long-Terms
Failure to cancel your reservation, 15 business day prior to the arrival date of the booking, will result to full deposit forfeiture.
Children & their needs
There is a small limited number of cribs, highchairs and playpens available on a first come, first served basis.
Registration Arrival Time/Check Out Times
Registration Time is only available between 9am – 5pm, seven days a week for your welcome kit and keys. We will check you in immediately however based on the status of the suite, we cannot guarantee it will be ready at the time of arrival. If your room is not ready, we can certainly storage your luggage. All rooms are guaranteed by 4:00 PM.
Check Out Time is 11:00 AM on your day of departure.
910 Beach has a modest fitness facility with an exercise bike, treadmill and weight stack.
910 Beach does not have any Food and Beverage outlets on property. Each of our rooms are self contained condominium units with cooking facilities. There are some outstanding restaurants within a short walk of 910Beach Apartments.

Included in Rentals – All of our rooms are simply furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, cookware, cutlery and linens, full bathrooms with hair dryers, in suite washer and dryer, LCD TV, Iron and ironing board, portable fan, and a basic housekeeping cleaning kit. Access to our in-house fitness center and garden courtyard that features a gas barbeque and outdoor seating. Utilities include Basic cable, hydro, and electricity.
Optional Services Available (Fees Apply plus Applicable Taxes)
- Each unit is equipped with a separate modem for WIFI ($39.99/month). Up to 6 devices may be registered
- Housekeeping Service is available ($100 per service based on 2 hr allotment)
- Monthly Parking is available for $200.00 (subject to 31% tax)
- Local calls are $1.25 per call plus applicable taxes. Long distance calls are charged with taxes and surcharges.
All suites are equipped with its own modem to provide a wireless high-speed connection where you can hook up to six devices. Charges are $4.99/daily, $19.99/weekly, $39.99/month plus applicable taxes.
All suites have fully stocked kitchens, including 3 pots with lids and 1 frying pan, cooking utensils, set of 3 pyrex mixing bowls, cheese grater, cutting boards, set of sharp kitchen knives, cutlery, china, glassware, toaster, kettle, full size fridge, stove and dishwasher. Of course, you have to bring your own food!
We have a small storage area where we can store your luggage for a short time. Perfect for early arrivals or if you have a late flight home, and want to store your luggage so you can squeeze in one more day of shopping!
Housekeeping Service is available for $100 per service based on 2 hr allotment. Please arrange with Front Desk.
910 Beach provides underground; double gated secure parking for an additional $25 per vehicle per day (subject to 30.02% applicable taxes) with full in and out privileges. Monthly parking ($200/month plus 30.02% taxes) is only applicable to those in a long-term arrangement.
Large & loud parties are strictly forbidden within premise and a strict quiet by 11:00pm (indoors and out) is heavily enforced. Any misbehavior or inconvenience to any guest will not be tolerated, and may result in your immediate eviction from the premises.
910 Beach Avenue has a zero tolerance for partying and it is an absolutely no smoking facility inside or out in all public areas.
We strictly follow a no-pet policy throughout our property. We appreciate your understanding.
910 Beach Apartment does not accept third party authorizations due to the increase of credit card fraud. If you wish to make a payment for a third party, you must come to the property physically to process the payment.
910 Beach Avenue does not have a pool. The closest indoor public pool is located 1/2 block from 910beach Apartment on 1050 Beach Avenue at the Vancouver Aquatic Center. They can be reached at 604-665-3424 for schedules and admission fees, or by visiting their website.
Room with a Balcony
There are a small limited number of rooms with a balcony. Please note that due to the high number of requests for rooms with balconies, we cannot guarantee a balcony but we will try our best to accommodate all requests. Suites that are guaranteed to have a balcony or patio are penthouses and bedroom deluxes.
910 Beach Avenue prides itself on its no-smoking policies. All guest rooms, indoor and outdoor public areas are 100% non-smoking, and this includes outdoor balcony and patio spaces that may or may not be attached to your suite. If a guest wishes to smoke, we would respectfully request that you remove yourself from the property and away from all windows, doors, entrances and exits. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor/outdoor spaces without exception. Smoking anywhere on 910 Beach property will result in a $200 by-law fine plus taxes.
Room with a View
There are a small number of suites that have water views. Our facility is an 8 story building that is surrounded by 10-20 story residential towers. Views are limited, however to ensure you have a partial water view with either Granville Island, Marina or bridges, please make sure to book a Premier Junior Suite, or any of the penthouses.

Being an independent privately owned condominium rental facility, we are not affiliated with any star or diamond rating system. We are members of Tourism Vancouver and are a BC approved tourist accommodation, regularly inspected by Super Natural British Columbia for our housekeeping standards. Award winning in 2003 by the British Columbia and Yukon Hotels Association in recognition of our ‘Impeccable, consistently high housekeeping standards’.
