All our Furnished rentals include:

• Full kitchen, dishwasher and microwave, cookware, cutlery and utensils
• Basic Cable, Hydro, Electricity
• Access to In-house fitness centre
• Access to garden courtyard with gas BBQ
• In-suite self serve laundry
• Optional services (fees applied): Wireless Internet, Parking,  and Bi-Weekly Housekeeping

Rate Information:

• Rates are subject to change based on availability and season
• All rates are in Canadian funds per month (based on 30 days)
• Optional services where fees are applied are subject to applicable taxes
• First full month deposit will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
• Upon arrival, signed residential agreement is required plus damage deposit
• Strictly Non-Smoking Building

Cancellation Policy:

• Failure to cancel your reservations, 15 business days prior to your arrival date will result to full deposit forfeiture
